Thank you for visiting The Kinzel Team. Laura is truly passionate about the opportunity to help others. Born and raised in Yakima, Laura made North Seattle her permanent home in 1978. While living and raising her children in the Shoreline area it seemed easy to fall in love with the community she had found. For nearly 20 years Laura has had the unique opportunity to serve not only her clients real estate needs but that community as well. She has served as one of the Shorewood High School Drill Team coaches for nine years, worked with the Shorewood Booster Club for three years and helped raise thousands of dollars for Seattle Habitat for Humanity.

Laura believes "real estate and community go hand and hand, buying or selling a home isn't just a personal investment it's an investment in a community and I'm proud to be a part of that". By building relationships that last The Kinzel Team has been able to build a business that is 96% referral based. Getting to know the client and listening to their goals is paramount when buying or selling a home. Coupled with advanced training, continuing education and experience, The Kinzel Team will deliver an incredible real estate experience.
